Welcome To Today’s FYB Post MOM by YouTube Content Creator(s) Creepyshed. Now this is an Extremely Small Channel with 5.18k Subs. Also the Channel has a just 27 Videos with a Total of 564,162 Views since the Channel was Created on February 2, 1012.

Now Almost All the fucking Videos are Comprised of Unnerving Visuals accompanied by a Loud, Abrasive, and Glitchy Audio that could make Your Ears Bleed. All this fucking Chaotic Insanity comes with the Territory when Dealing with Unexplained Video Genre or fucking Fringe Videos as We refer to Them as. The Videos also have fucking Vague/Rather Nondescript Titles with Descriptions that are just plain fucking Nonsensical Gibberish at Best.

Another Detail that stood out to Us was the Fact that Every Video is Followed by .avi which is Quite Interesting. For those Who may Not know AVI stands for Audio Video Interleave and What does that mean? Well AVI Files can contain Both Audio and Video Data in a File Container that allows for synchronous Audio-with-Video Playback. Like the DVD Format, AVI Files support Multiple Streaming Audio and Video, although these Features are Virtually never Used. BUT at the Same Time AVI also Internet Slang for an Avatar displayed by a User’s Profile on a Social Networking/Media Site. So which Definition Applies well We for one have No fucking Idea as of Yet.

The Other Unique Detail We Observed is the Fact the Video Titles Actually form a Cryptic Sentence when Read from Top to Bottom. In its Entirety the Sentence reads: Directed Advertising Soulless NO NO Trapped We Know I Was Alone Sister Take The We Are All In The Come In Dad Can See You There Here Stop Son Mom. Again We to Date still have No fucking Idea what the Significance is if Any for that matter.

Video Break Down:

MOM.avi: At the begging of the Video a Light Switch is moved into the Off Position. Then there is Footage of Someone is a Ghoulish and Hairless Mask sitting in a Dark Room, and Judging by Their Body Language seems to be in Distress of some kind. The Audio in the Video is of Someone (more then likely a Man) Talking But it’s so fucking Low and Distorted that it fucking Impossible to Decipher. The Footage of the Person win a Strange Mask is Cut with Two Color Clips of What appears to be Someone. This Other Person is wearing what looks like to Us like an Orange Jump Suit like the One Murderers Wear in Prison. Also the Other Person is Either Wearing Black and White Face Paint/Make Up or Wearing a Weird Mask Too. This Other Person’s Hair is Also an Issue because it Looks Straight up like a Cheap as fuck Halloween Wig. Finally at the End there is the Sound of an Old School Film Projector Running, So is the Person Sitting in the Room was Filmed and is Now being Watched by The Person in the Cheap Wig? What is the Connection between these Two People in the Video if there is One is Open to Interpretation at this Point in the Series.

SON.avi: This Time there is the Sound of an Old School Film Projector being turned on and Running, and There are a Couple More People wearing Bizarre looking Masks (Coincidence? Perhaps). Could the Projector Noise mean the Video is Previously Recorded Footage being watched by an Unknown Party Possibly a Serial Killer, but more on that Later. This time around though the People in Masks seem to be Talking as Their Mouths Open and Close yet there is No Dialogue Distorted or Otherwise. Around half way through the Video there is a Close Up of a Cringe Looking Clown Picture circa the 1970s. While the Clown Picture is Cringe by itself as the Shot Continues the Clowns face Morphs into a Hellish Face like Visual. The Most interesting Part of the Video is when a Human Arm Holding a rather nasty looking Circular Saw Appears on Screen. Right before We see the Saw there is a Shadow Cast on the Wall that to Us looks like the Long Haired Cheap Costume Wig from MOM.avi.

The Circular Saw Scene appears to US to be in a Bedroom with a Bed pushed up against the Wall under a Window with Ugly Plaid Curtains. Now what the fuck was Sawed on the Bed? Someone said it was a Boy Doll being Cut in Half, and to that We ask Where the fuck do You see a Doll Period?! Considering the Ominous Feel of the Circular Saw Segment the Scene Ends when the Saw is Turned on and then Comes Down on the Bed, and then the Scene is Abruptly Cut. We think that Most likely this Scene was implying a Murder. The Whole Video has a real Serial Killer Vibe to it.

Where We’re At: The Main Questions of Who Made the Series, Why They made it, and What is it all About? Granted the Chance of Solving the So Called Mystery is Improbable at Best. This unknown factor is what Continues to Fuel the Unexplained Genre (or Fringe as We Refer to it as). The 3 Questions that We can ask in these Situation which are: Is it an ARG, Art/Horror Project, or Perhaps some sort of Gorilla Advertising Campaign for say an Upcoming Movie/Video Game? Maybe We will find and Expose the Answer But Probably Not We shall See.

  • We looked but We couldn’t find a fucking thing on the Other 3 Names Steve Moston, Ian Langford, and Robert Shape.
  • the Bible Versus on the Fan Genesis 3:1 and Revelation 20:2 refer to The Serpent and The Devil, and Revelation 6:9 refers to Souls being Slain.
  • The Coordinates at the End of the Video is Either 1. Located in the Middle of the Yellow Sea off the Coast of North Korea, OR a Random House in Concord, Connecticut.
  • the Bible Versus at the End of the Video Psalm 38:7 reads “For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh.”, and Luke 22:57 “But he denied it. ‘woman I don’t know him,’he said”

  • The Real Life Doomsday Clock represents the Likelihood of a Man Made Global Catastrophe.
  • The Doomsday Clock was Started in 1947 at the Start of the Cold War.
  • The Doomsday Clock is Maintained by a Group of Atomic Scientists who have been Inching the Hands of the Doomsday Clock Closer to Midnight.
  • Midnight on the Doomsday Clock Signals the End of World at the Hands of Humanity.
  • in Early 2023 the Doomsday Clock Hands were moved to 90 Seconds before Midnight which is the Closest the Clock has ever been Since its Creation.

     

CONCLUSION:

In The End nasajim108 turned out to be a Creative and Well Thought Out Alternate Reality Game (ARG) but Who was Behind it and Why did They Create the nasajim108 Channel/Series? The Key to Unlocking both Answers lies in the Character Little Hobo. If You search Little/Lil Hobo on YouTube there PLENTY of fucking Videos, BUT None have anything to do with or Pertain to nasajim108. So the Question Now is Who is or is Behind the Little Hobo Characterand the Answer is a Man Named Duncan Trussel. Trussel is Quite a Character unto Himself as He is a Regular on Joe “What a Cunt” Rogan’s Shitty Piece of Shit Podcast Rambling On and On about all Types of Alien Topics. Yet there has to be More Connections than just Jackoff Joe Rogen to Tie Trussel to nasajim108 and there are in fact Two Other People.

The First is Pendleton Word who is the Creator of “Adventure Time” and it just so Happens Trussel plays the Character Ron James on the Show. Trussel also plays Clancy Gilroy on Ward’s Other Show “Midnight Gospel”. The Second Person is Stand Up Comedian and Actress Natasha Leggero who Trussel Dated between 2011-2012. Many People Speculate that Leggero played the Part of Jim’s Attorney from the 5th Video Titled  DYING NASA SCIENTIST REVEALS TRUTH ABOUT LIFE ON MARS. It is Undeniable that if You Compare Audio of Leggero to the Voicemail from Jim’s Attorney They do sound Eerily Similar to the Point it’s Uncanny.

Now that We know Who Created nasajim108 the Next Question is Why did Trussel start the nasajim108 Channel to Showcase what amounts to His/Jim’s Video Confession Series? Here We have NO Definitive Answer, But there is a Popular Hypothesis as to Why Trussel came up with nasajim108. There is another Similarity between Trussel and Jim which is Trussel  was Diagnosed with Caner. Though Trussel was Diagnosed with Testicular Caner (where in Jim’s case it was Bone Cancer) back in 2012. Also Jim has Openly Admitted to having Mental Health issues and Conspiracy Theories (Mainly about Aliens) along with Little Hobo are a Regular Part of Trussel’s Stand Up Comedy Acts. Taking all this into Consideration Little Hobo, Famous Girlfriend, Successful Animator, Cancer Diagnosis, Mental Health Issues, Obsession with Alien Conspiracies, and His Appearances on Jackbag Joe Rogan’s Putrid Podcast it could be that nasajim108 was a Coping Mechanism for Trussel who was Facing a Life Changing or Ending Cancer Diagnosis? We more than likely will Never have a Viable Answer to the Question Why did Trussel come up with and Create nasajim108, but Ultimately Does that even fucking Matter We think Not as the Series Speaks for Itself.

Welcome to Today’s FYB Post WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH hmrSilence?! So First and Foremost Who or What the fuck is hmrSilence ?Well it’s some Unknown Obscure and Cryptic Youtube Chanel the We came across Peering Down Rabbit Holes to see if Anyone is Home. hmrSilence Proved to be Something Rather Interesting So We decided to take a Closer Look into the Channel.

Now Obviously the Starting Point (and as it Turned Out Virtual Ending Point) by Surveying the Channel Basic Info Shit. When You Deal with These fucking Fringe Videos Long Enough You Notice Certain Patterns. So it wasn’t at All Surprising when the hmrSilence’s About, Channels, Playlists, and Community Sections are Completely Blank. We did Notice a Significant Difference Though which was Intriguing and that was that hmrSilence’s Home Page is Black with the Message “This Channel Doesn’t have Any Content” which isbn’t Exactly fucking True. If You Precede to Click on Videos then You Discover there are in fact 5 Videos in Total Posted/Uploaded (All 5 are Included in this Post). Whatever the fuck is Going on at hmrSilence it’s Moving at an Insanely Slow fucking Pace. The First Video titled 6996 was Posted 6 Years ago Sometime in 2016 and the Last Video Uploaded 66996 was Posted 3 Years Ago Sometime in 2019.

Before We get into the Videos We also became Initially Aware that Whoever is Behind the Channel is Doing one of the fucking Following. This Channel Could be an ARG or Gorilla Advertising Campaign (this is Common Place Dealing with this Kind of Weird fucking Shit), and this is NOT the Case with hmrSilence. Now Plenty of fuckng People do Believe the Channel is an ARG/Gorilla Marketing because it is True there are a Fuck Ton of Hidden Messages that Are Cryptic (6996 6996 is an Angelic Number signifying Good Luck Coming Your Way), or Random as Fuck for the Most Part. Anyways that Doesn’t Confirm Fuck All in the End since it Doesn’t Explain Shit Nor Provide Any Pertinent Information.We believe that Considering the Channel’s the Tiny Number of Uploads Spanning 6 fucking Years pretty much Rules Out Both of those Possibilities. So the Only thing on the “Fucked Up Shit List” as a Viable Option is this is Some sort of Art Type Project or just Some Weirdo/Lunatics Hobby.

The Screen is Utterly Black for the Entire Video with One Acceptation Occurring between 2:37 – 2:39 where a Visual Pops Up Momentarily. We have No fucking Clue what the fuck the Picture is and won’t Waste Time Speculating like Pretentious Assholes. The Intro Build Slowly and the Audio sounds like some sort of Beeping Over Static which We were Wondering Might be Morse Code.

Welcome to Today’s FYB Post featuring the ___ Strange and Some What Disturbing by the Content Creator WHAT I MAKE IS RANDOM. What I Make Is Random created Their Channel on February 23, 2014 and has Only 228 Subscribers to Date and Only 108 Videos Total. Now Here is Where it gets fucking Interesting. Up until 6 Months ago All Content on the Channel was Gaming Content, Mainly MindCraft but there were a Few Exceptions then there was a SIGNIFICANT change in the Content being Uploaded. Welcome to Today’s FYB Post featuring R.I.P By the Rather Mysterious Content Creator known as What I Make Is Random. The Reason I say Mysterious since there is No Viable Information on Who this Content Creator Outside of Their About Page on Their YouTube Channel. But That’s Not the Only Reason I say Mysterious so Allow Me to Explain.

So Here the what I mean What I Make Is Random created Their Channel on February 23, 2014 and has Only 228 Subscribers and Only 108 Videos. Now Here is Where it gets fucking Interesting. Up until 6 Moths ago All Content on the Channel was Gaming Content, Mainly MindCraft but there were a Few Exceptions then there was a SIGNIFICANT change in the Content being Uploaded. The Channel has Uploaded a Total of 9 Videos that are Bizarre to say the fucking Least.

   

What I’m wondering is Why? The Most Obvious Answer is this New Creepy Content Racks up FAR, FAR MORE VIEWS than all of the Gaming Content fucking Combined. For Comparison Purposes the Mass Majority of the Gaming Videos have under 10 fucking views with Very Few Exceptions (and even They get Under on 100 Views on Average). Meanwhile the New Content gets Approximately Hundreds (500 Plus) to Thousands (Top Video View Count 17,000 Plus. It could also be as Simple as the Content Creator getting Tired of Doing goddamn near 100 percent MindCraft gaming Videos, Or They Realized No One gives a Shit about MindCraft Gaming Videos.

As I see it What I Make Is Random is headed Straight into the Realm of Uncertainty. By this I mean the Channel’s Content is Ramping Up it’s Insanity Factor which Raises the Usual Questions: Is it an Art Project? Is it an ARG? Is it a Gorilla Promotion for a Movie/Video Game etc.? Is this all the Demented Delusions of a Seriously Mentally ill Person?   As of Now Who the Fuck knows, But I for One Can’t fucking Wait to See what Rabbit Hole the Content Creator is Spiraling Down.

Blank Room Soup 3 and 4

Welcome to FYB’s Wednesday Post featuring BLANK ROOM SOUP 3 (Abduction) along with BLANK ROOM SOUP 4 (Hidden Location). Now for Those Who may Not Know We did an Extensive Piece on BLANK ROOM SOUP.AVI which was the Original Blank Room Soup Video. In Addition to the BLANK ROOM SOUP.AVI Video and the “Sequel” BLANK ROOM SOUP 2 TORTURE. To be Totally Honest the BLANK ROOM SOUP AVI/ BLANK ROOM SOUP 2 TORTURE is one of My Top Three Favorite Posts I’ve Done here at FYB. If You haven’t Checked Out the Original Post I SERIOUSLY SUGGEST YOU DO SO NOW.

With that Said I was more than Excited when it was Brought to My Attention that there was in Fact Two more Installments to the BLANK ROOM SOUP Saga. I immediately looked Them Up with Great Anticipation first BLANK ROOM SOUP 3 (Abduction) and then BLANK ROOM SOUP 4 (Hidden Location). What I found was Something Odd that much is True, but it was also a bit Anti Climactic.  Now before I Go To Far here is a BRIEF Recap for Those just Joining Us.

BLANK ROOM SOUP.AVI : A Man Sits at a Table in a Empty Sterile White Room sitting at a table Sobbing Away while Eating a Mysterious Soup. The Man is Not Alone there are To Individuals in Elaborate Costumes are Present. The Two Costumed Individuals Attempt to Comfort the Crying Man as He chokes Down Spoon Full after Spoon Full of the Sinister Soup. The Costumed Individuals are Eerily Rub the Mans Back, Pat His Head, and Have Sympathetic Mannerisms/Body Language (Although They appear to be the Ones Holding this Poor Man Hostage in the First Place).

BLANK ROOM SOUP 2 TORTURE : While the Title is Ominous there is No Actual Torture it’s more or Less an Implication. Again Same Man, Same Room, and Still Forcing Himself to Eat the Sickening Soup. This Time though the Camera has been Moved to the Left so the Viewer can See a Blackened Doorway in the Far Left Corner of the Screen. A Costumed Individual Slides into the room Hugging the Wall and Stands just Next to the Side of the Doorway. A Second Costumed Individual Enters Standing in the Doorway as the Man looks over His Shoulder in Fear. After standing Motionless Momentarily the Costumed Individual in the Doorway Suddenly Bum Rushes the Man from Behind, the Screen Goes Black, and We Hear Him Yell Out in Surprise before the Audio Cuts Out at the End.

With that Out of the Way I will say that BLANK ROOM SOUP 3 (Abduction) and BLANK ROOM SOUP (Hidden Location) are Something Completely Different. I think it’s Appropriate that You watch BRS 3 (Abduction) and BRS 4 (Hidden Location) before I get into I do the Whole Compare and Contrast Deal between the First Two BRS Videos and the Second Set of BRS Videos.

My Two Cents:

  • I don’t believe that the First Two BRS Videos have a goddamn thing to due with BRS 3 and BRS 4 that is I don’t think this is a Series.
  • The Drastic Difference in the Two Separate Sets of BRS Videos are so absolutely different Aesthetically that it reminds Me of the Vast Cinematic Difference in the Tom Six Films Human Centipede 1 vs. Human Centipede 2.
  • The Runtimes are Also Extremely Different in BRS.AVI has a Runtime of 1:06 and BRS 2 Torture tops out at 1:07. In Comparison BRS 3 (Abduction) is a minuscule 10 Seconds Total and BRS 4 (Hidden Location) has a total Runtime of just a Mere 11 Seconds.

                   

  • The thing that I can’t get out of My Head. While the Second Set of BRS Videos are Significantly Shorter than the Initial Set They do Share Something in Common with the First Two Videos. Like the First BRS Videos the Second Set also have a One Second Difference in Their Runtime just like the Original Two BRS Videos.
  • I have the Sneaking Suspicion (especially with No Current Viable Information which isn’t all that Odd considering it took Years before BRS.AVI blew up on Facebook and Youtube) that BRS 3 and BRS 4 where made by a Different Person/People then the Original Two BRS Videos. I Believe the reason being BRS 3 and BRS 4 are fucking Rip Offs that are trying to Capitalize on the Phenomenon created by BRS.AVI.

The Break Down: BLANK ROOM SOUP 3 (Abduction)

  • The Camera Work is Really Shitty, The Camera isn’t Steady, The Lighting is complete shit, the Picture is Grainy/Blurry as the World’s Shittiest Auto Focus on the Obviously Outdated or Older Tech.
  • The Hostage looks like the Bastard Offspring of a Circus Ring Master and Willy fucking Wonka.
  • The Hostage is Acting and Doing a Truly Shitty Job Shuffling Around like a Bad imitation of a Drunk. All I’m saying is if I was Kidnapped and Shit by Motherfuckers in Elaborate Costumes I’d be Struggling and in spite of being Gaged would make as Much Noise as I could. Meanwhile the Will Wonka Ring Master just lolly gags through the Shot even looking at the Camera at one Point which is an Acting No No.

  • The Location is also Randomly Out of Place as it appears to be some Dirty, Dark, and Disgusting Back Ally or some shit.
  • The Shit Camera Work is due to the Fact there is a Camera Man where in the First Two Original BRS Videos more than likely were shot using a Standard Tripod thus keeping the Shot Steady.
  • The Costumed Individual Acts Nothing like the 2 Individuals in the First Two BRS Videos. There is No Interaction with the Hostage (other than awkwardly pushing him Across the Screen) and Seems to have No Actual Purpose other than to Play the Classic Role of Bad Guy/Kidnapper. The Sutle Nuances aren’t there its just Basic as Basic Gets. There is No Deeper Meaning or Reason to BRS 3 it’s seems to be just Generic Shock Type Content. As a Viewer I have No Vested Interest in anything as the Video is Purely a Face Value Scenario.

The Breakdown: BLANK ROOM SOUP 4 (Hidden Location)

  • First Off What the Fuck does “Hidden Location” Supposed to mean since Someone with a Camera found it and Filmed it Catching The Costumed Individual Standing to the Side in the Shadows.
  • Basically I won’t waste Your Time so to Sum it Up BRS 4 it has the Same issues as BRS 3 in Shitty Camera Work, Old Ass Tech, Out of Place Location, Abnormally Acting Costumed Individual (who lets face it is standing there for Sheer Creep Factor), Shitty Audio, and Crap Acting.
  • I doubt it but this could be Someone Ripping off BRS and Trying to Use the Concept to Launch Their Own ARG. I say this because for the Sake of Argument One could Say that The Hostage from BRS 3 is being Held at the So Called “Hidden Location”. If this is the Case it’s not Only Unoriginal Artistic Plagiarism it’s also Done in a Exceptionable Shitty Fashion.

The Unexplained Mystery of the Crying Man Radio Transmission

On June 11th 2020 a Tok Tok User Named Aiden (aka cidlid) was parked near a Church in Elka Park near Hunter Mountain located in New York State. Aiden was sitting in Their Car doing a Livestream when Suddenly something Sinister started to Happen. A Strange and Disturbing Transmission started to Playing on Their Car Radio for No Apparent Reason.  The Transmission starts with some assorted Noises that Aiden states sounds like Footsteps (possibly Running) and “Tape” Noise like when You start to Peel off a Length of Duct Tape. Aiden also comments that the Acoustics of the Transmission made it sound as if the Man was in a Bathroom due to the Specific Type of Echo heard in the Transmission. The Odd Noises was followed by Four Minutes of a Man Sobbing, Crying, Moaning, Groaning, Sniffling, Whimpering, Panting, and Breathing Heavily before Transitioning into a Creepy Distorted Audio of some Surreal Song Starts to Play. The Song Ends and the Transmission Ends as Mysteriously as it Started.

                   

Aiden didn’t have a Clue what the fuck was Going on and was Visibly Shaken by the Unknown Occurrence. Aiden wonders aloud if the Man is in Actual Distress and Needs Emergency/Professional Help, but Who would They Call for Assistance in a  Situation as Bizarre as this?  Several Days Later Aiden Posts the Second Additional Part of the Original Video of the Crying Man recored on the Same Day. The Audio Quality in the Second part of the Video is Far Superior to that of the First Video being Louder and Much Clearer so You can Hear Every Nuance of the Transmission. The Unexplained Transmission was Broadcast on the Radio Station 89.9 WKCR FM in New York. This begs the Question was this a simple case of Someone Hijacking WKCR’s Radio frequency?

                    

Lets fucking Face it thanks to New Technology for Listening to Music such as Spotify, Pandora, Satellite Radio, Internet Based Radio, iTunes, and all the Other Music Listening Alternatives equates to Radio being a Dying Medium, and as such is Widely Disregarded by the Public. The Reality is Radio Relies on Advertising Dollars for its Revenue, and thus the Exodus of Advertisers to Alternative Music Listening Platforms is the Last Nail in Radio’s Coffin. Also with the Advancement of Technology Anyone Nowadays can Sit on Down and Watch a Tutorial on How to Hijack a Radio Station. Not Only That but an Average Joe can also Purchase the Exact Equipment for Cheap You’d Need as well. Thus All anyone has to do is Buy the Equipment, Watch a Tutorial or Two, and Wallah You’re ready to Hijack a Radio Station. It is Important to note that HIJACKING A RADIO STATION IS EXTREMELY ILLEGAL and if Caught You Will Be Charged with a FEDERAL CRIME BY THE FCC (Federal Communication Commission) SO DO NOT HIJACK RADIO STATIONS!!

A Little While Later Aiden Posts another Video to Tik Tok explaining How They actually contacted WKCR pertaining to the Seriously Weird Broadcast. WKCR 89.9 FM belongs to Colombia University Located in New York City Several Hours Away from where Aiden heard the Ominous Broadcast. WKCR replied that They had Nothing being Broadcast in/around the Area Aiden was at the Time of the Incident, and that They were in No Way Responsible for the Eerie Crying Man Transmission. In a Nut Shell Aiden at the Time of the Occurrence was Out of WKCR’s Broadcast Range. A Staff Member at WKCR named Jeremiah Wrote Aiden Stating: “Elka Park is Not NYC. Our Signal is Most Likely Intermittent up there. Those Recordings are Not being Broadcast from Our Radio Station- This is Someone in the Vicinity of the Elka Park Area.” What this Means is the Crying Man Broadcast was being Transmitted by Someone Running a Pirate Radio Station (a Pirate Radio Station is a Radio Station that Broadcasts without a Valid License which makes it Subsequently Illegal according to the FCC Guidelines) somewhere in the Elka Park Vicinity.

                      

It didn’t take Long for People on the Internet to Start Hypothesizing about Who or What the Mysterious Crying Man Broadcast was all About. The First Hypothesis was the Broadcast was an Audio Recording from a Dark Web Red Room Broadcast, and is of a Real Person being Tortured for the Amusement of the Viewing Audience. The Second was it was just Some fucked up Person’s Sick and Twisted Prank. Both of these Hypothesis can Not be Confirmed because of a Almost Total Lack of Clues as well as Any Pertinent Information.

Then Speculations Began that the Crying Man Broadcast was the Audio from the Notorious Alleged Dark Web Video Titled “Blank Room Soup”. Blank Room Soup Video has been around 15 years and is Still Complete Mystery to this Day that Features a Man Sobbing while Eating what is Assumed to be Soup. He is sitting in a Blank White Room being Comforted by Two Individuals Dressed in Ray Ray Costumes. If You’re confused or want to know more about Blank Room Soup check Out Our Piece on it in the Dark Wb Video Category (We Promise You won’t be Sorry). Now Outside of some Minor Vocal Inflections it becomes apparent Quite Quickly that the Two Audio Recordings in Question Are Not the Same.

After some time the Song at the End of the Crying Man Broadcast was Identified as the Song “Taxonomies” by Larry Gus of His Album Years Not Living. this Led Many People to wonder if the Album Title had was some sort of Clue to the Meaning or Purpose of the Crying Man Broadcast, Unfortunately No Connection between the Two has ever been Identified. Other People thought the Crying Man Broadcast might be Part of an ARG (Alternate Reality Game), But that Hypothesis is Unlikely since there is No Awkward Amateur Acting, Puzzles, Unusual Images, Insane Imagery, Cryptic Codes, or Any of the Usual Fare You find with ARGs. The Crying Man Incident appears to be a Freak One Time Occurrence that just so happened to be Caught on Camera by a Tok Tok User totally by Accident. To Date NO ONE other than Aiden has come Forward as an Actual Witness if You will to the Mysterious Broadcast.

So the Last Prominent Question is Did Aiden Stage the Whole fucking thing? The Septics would use this Explanation to Discredit and Dismiss the Entire Incident, Yet I really Don’t think that’s the Case. From watching Aiden’s Content on Tik Tok They come of as a Normal User, and by that I mean He isn’t a Social Media “Try Hard”.  Aiden comes off as Your Usual Casual Tok Tok User Who isn’t looking to Become the Next Social Media Star, Influencer, or to have the Next Viral Video. You can spot Try Hards by the almost Desperate Look on Their Faces and How Hard Their Trying to Force some kind of Social Media Success. Well That’s just My Opinion.

            

One of the Curious Things that Aiden mentions in One of Their Tik Tok Videos is a Cult that’s Active in the Elka Park Area. The Cult is an International Community known as Bruderhof and Started in Germany. Since its Inception Bruderhof has Established Small Communities around the Globe Such as New York State, Pennsylvania, New South Wales (Australia), Thuringia (Germany), Asuncion (Paraguay), and London (England). The Bruderhof Members live a Lifestyle Similar to The Amish where Everyone is Equal, No One Gets Paid for the Work They Do, There is No Acknowledgement for Hard Work or Job Well Done, Everyone works for the Benefit of the Community and its Members. Yeah it’s Basically Communism. Aside from Their Deviant Lifestyle the Members of Bruderhof seem for All Intents and Purposes to be Harmless and a Threat To No One.

It then came to Light that WKCR 89.9 FM had suffered an Incident that occurred approximately Twenty Five Years Ago. At the Time WKCR was in Fact Hijacked and the Culprits were Never Found. The Hijackers Played a Disturbing Transmission consisting of Unusual Fuzzy Music that turns into Ear Irritating High Pitch Electronic Sounding Screeching. Next the Screeching Ends a Robotic Voice comes on Reading a List of Names and Various Other information. When You examine What the Voice is Saying is it’s an Obituary List of People Who Have Died (and Surviving Relatives) or Supposedly Will Die. In Spite of the Existing Audio the Hijackers Broadcast there is No Actual Proof that this Hijacking Ever Took Place. There were Zero News Reports, Articles, or Documented Evidence of Any Kind. This hasn’t Stopped Some People from Investigating the Possible Connection between the Two Incidents. As of Now No Connection has been Made. On a Side Note I have a Vague Recollection that FYB did a Post on the Alleged Hijacking Incident but I’m not Positive. Then Eleven Months Ago there was what Most Consider to be a Big Break in the Crying Man Radio Broadcast Mystery. A Person that Goes by rayn3.schzo1d drew Peoples Attention to a Independent Greek Movie which at the End of Larry Gus’s song “Taxonomies” the Exact Song at the End of the Crying Man Broadcast. At the End of the Movie Suntan the Main Character Breaks down in Tears before “Taxonomies” Plays at the Start of the Credits. Unlike Black Room Soup this Audio is Undeniably Identical including the Footsteps/Running and Tape Sound Aiden Mentioned. Also Coincidentally the Last Scene of Suntan is Four Minutes Long the Exact Same Broadcast Time as The Crying Man Broadcast. Now it’s worth Mentioning that the Main Character in Suntan breaks Down into Tears After Failing to Sexually Assault Someone. Ironically at the End of the Movie the Main Character Drugs and Kidnaps a Woman, but Can’t Assault Her, and The Main Character Tends to Her Wounds while Nursing Her back to Health. While Suntan Doesn’t Fall into the Torture Porn Arena it is Still an Insanely Dark and Disturbing Movie. This Led Many to Speculate that Someone Used a Radio Transmitter that provided Them Access to Any FM Radio Station, and would Allow Them to Play Whatever the fuck They Wanted to.

                      

In the End the Question of Who was Behind the Crying Man Broadcast, and Why would They Opt to Use the Ending Scene of a Hard to Find Independent Greek Film or They could have Broadcast it in its Entirety. If Whoever is Responsible for  Broadcasting the Entire Movie Suntan (which is only Available in Greek) I personally Wonder could it have Something to Do with the Bruderhof Cult? What I Saying is  They are Known to Operate in the Specific Area of Elka Park, and are an International Community with Members from Around the Globe. So Could have some Cult Member Decided to Broadcast the Movie Suntan in its Entirety as a Way to Entertain the Other Bruderhof Cult Members? Could this Simply be a Case of Someone Combating Boredom within Their Community? Alas in the End We more than likely will Never Know the Who or Why behind the Crying Man Broadcast. Anyone Nowadays can Learn How to (and Buy the Equipment Needed to)Hijack a Radio Station, and it’s Even Easier to Run a Pirate Radio Station. This means that Any fucking Local Elka Park Resident could have been Behind the Mysterious Crying Man Broadcast.

Uncovering The Purpose Behind A858

Welcome to Today’s FYB Post where We will be Discussing what is considered by Many to be the Most Mysterious Subreddit of All Time. Now while it is True FYB has Posted Numerous so called Internet Mysteries in the Past from Slightly Absurd to Absolutely fucking Insane. This Time Though when Examining A858 it Quickly becomes Apparent that this is the Internet Mystery that’s the Strangest of Them All. So with that Said let’s get Going.

A858DE45F5b098C9 (or A858 for Short) is an Extremely Mysterious Subreddit that Showed Up in 2011 Posting Strange and Complex Hexadecimal Sequences Multiple times Per Day. For the first Year after its inception A858 went completely Unnoticed by the Online/Reddit Community as it continued its Output of Daily Encrypted Messages. Finally a Small Handful of People ended up taking Notice of A858 and the Word of this Bizarre Subreddit began to spread across the Web. After a Short while A858 had built such a Significant following that Computer Students, Code Breakers, and Reddit Users decided to Join Forces in Large Part Due to the Intense Difficulty in just Attempting to Decode a Single A858 Message.

An Added Roadblock for the Collective of Internet Detectives was A858 Keep it’s Subreddit Private. This meant that You could only gain Access if You were Deemed Worth, and Subsequently Invited to Join. To Combat this Problem the Internet Detectives formed Their Own Sister Subreddit R/Solving A858. This way Any Information could be Shared with the Entire Group even if the Majority were Not Invited, and Thus Lacked Access to the A858’s Subreddit Posts. Now the Users had There a Preverbal Mountain Work ahead of Them (there were THOUSANDS of A858 Encrypted Posts) that would have Easily Overwhelmed the Average User. As the Detectives Work Diligently the Results were Virtually Nhill as A8585’s Encryption Proved to be Damn Near Impossible to Decipher.

As the Days turned into Weeks that became Months Only a Quite Small Handful of A858’s Posts had infant been Cracked. The Problem was NONE Provided any Actual Insight and Seemed to be almost as Random as A858’s Encrypted Coding. One of the Decoded Messages was a Basic “Thank You Gold” when a Subreddit User in A858’s Subreddit Purchased (and then Gifted) a Month of Gold Membership. Another was an Excerpt from the 1949 Book Title Actions and Passions By Max Lerner. The Excerpt was “Do Not Confuse Your Vested Interests with Ethics. Do Not Identify the Enemies of Humanity.”. The Last of the Decoded Posts was an Primitive Computer Image of Stonehenge with No Additional Information Attached to It.

Then in August of 2015 a User in the A858 Sister Subreddit noticed that all of a Sudden without Rhythm or Reason Someone was Posting Hexadecimal Chains that Matched those of the Original A8585 Message Board. The Sister Subreddit discovered that the Newly Appearing Hexadecimal Posts They were seeing being Posted there was in fact The Creator of A858 Who was conducting an AMA (Ask Me Anything) Session. The Users Quickly Launched into Action a created a Script that Automated the Code Breaking Process. This Allowed Users to Ask Questions/Interact with A858’s Creator Freely and Significantly Faster.

The Most Prevalent Question asked of A858’s Creator was Why had the Creator decided to Brake Their Prolonged Silence. The Five Word Answer given By A858’s Creator was “The Audience Was Getting Frustrated” which Meant the Creator was Keeping Active Tabs on the Participants Progress. When asked what the Purpose of the A858 Subreddit the creator Responded “We Cannot Disclose the Purpose. A858 will End when the Purpose is Disclosed or Discovered.” indicating that there was a More than One Person responsible for A858’s Creation/Content. The Most Significant part of the Interaction with A858’s Creator was when the Creator Disclosed that One of A858’s Messages HAD been PROPERLY Decoded, but that None of the Users Noticed Other than the Creator. Apparently a Woman from the United Kingdom (UK) had been the One who Managed the Proper Decoding, Yet She Deleted Her Account soon after She Cracked the Coded Message and Never Returned.

 

In Mid 2016 A858 Peeked in Popularity when Main Stream Media like Fox News and The Daily Dot began Covering the Mystery. Then Suddenly Out of Nowhere a Post by the Now Deleted User u/TeamWMod showed up on the Sister A858 Subreddit. TeamWMod Claimed in His Post that the A858 Project has Ended and Thank You to all Participants, and went on to say Any Further Decoding or Research into A858 would be Futile. TeamWMod claimed “The Information Available to the Public is NOT Sufficient to Solve all Outstanding Puzzles.” and “Again Any Further Efforts on Solving A858 will be In Vain.” A User Named Fragile confirmed TeamWMod’s Message as Legitimate since TeamWMod had Demonstrated Ownership over A858 by Temporarily making Fragile an Approved Submitter to the A858 Subreddit. The Last thing TeamWMod Posted before Deleting Their Account that “We will Not Respond to Any Questions in the Comments Noe by Direct Message.” After TeamWMods Announcement the A858 Subreddit was Locked.

Some Time Later a User Named Eathed wrote a Post Called “Some Closure” in which They Claimed that He (along with Fragglet) had been able to Contact the Person A858. Eathed went on to Reveal the Person They spoke with Claimed He was Paid (by an Unnamed Company) to Post Coded Puzzles using Encryption or Various Methods of Text Manipulation. The Company occasionally requested that a Post be Made to Draw Attention to the Project one of Which was the Previous Stonehenge Post. Eathed and Fraggley stated that They would Not Divulge ANY Information or Personal Information Pertaining to Who They talked with or The Unknown Company that Hired Him. The User Duo claimed They wouldn’t divulged such Information since They still Unsure of the Actual Purpose of the Project. They did however ask Why the Project Ended while there were so Many Unsolved Puzzles, and this is What They were Told by Their A858 Project Contact. The Contact Answered by Saying that the Company Paying Him No Longer Wanted to Fund the Project Any Longer, and They Shut it Down.

Eathed and Fragglet’s Contact went on to Explain most of the A858’s Posts were Randomly Generated Text with Extremely Difficult and Constantly Changing Encryption. So Even if a User did Manage to Decode One of the Encrypted Messages Virtually Every time the User would be Oblivious to Their Accomplishment. This had been the Reason the Puzzles where Damn Near Impossible to Crack, and the Cause for So Many Users Growing Aggravation/Frustration while attempting to Decode A858’s Encrypted Posts. Now for those Who May Not Be Aware the Difference Between a Encoded/Encrypted Message a Encoded Data is meant to be Read in a Different Format, and Encrypted Data is Meant to Remain a Secret. Eathed and Fragglet did however ask Why the Project Ended while there were so Many Unsolved Puzzles, and this is What They were Told by Their A858 Project Contact. The Contact Answered by Saying that the Company Paying Him No Longer Wanted to Fund the Project Any Longer, and They Shut it Down. He also said that He fully Believed the Project would Never be Rebooted.

That though Proved to Be Wrong as Wrong could be. After Two Years in 2018  a Post titled r/A858 is Back Open appareled in the Sister Subreddit. The Sister Subreddit had continued Their Attempts to Unravel the A858 Mystery in Spite of TeamWMods Post (Claiming doing so Would be Useless since the Project was Over). There were some Notable Changes that had been made such as the A858 Subreddit would No Longer Be Private, A858 was NOT the Moderator, and the Original A858 Appeared to have been Deleted. Just a Week Later the Reactivated A858 Project’s Subreddit was made Private and Remains so to This Day.

Thus in the End No One is Any closer to Solving the Mystery of A858, but that hasn’t Stopped Users from Formulating Theories. One of the Top Three Theories is A858 is an Alternate Reality Game, but Why would Someone create a Game that was so Insanely Difficult?  So Difficult in fact that the Creator would have to Break Their Silence After over a Year since the the Game Started, and to do a Q&A Session with the Players since “The Audience is Getting Frustrated.” Another of the Top Three Theories is A858 was in Reality a Number Station. Number Stations are Shortwave Radio Stations that Broadcast Encrypted Messages to Spies/Shady Organizations in Various Different Countries. It has been Documented that Terrorists use Ebay, Redditt, and Other Social Media/ Online Services to Pass Encrypted. This however Doesn’t match up with Eathed and Fragglet’s Contact who Claimed He was Hired by a Company, and that some Posts like the Stonehenge Post was to Draw Attention to the A858 Project.Moreover the Fact that some Messages had been Decoded (Properly or Not) Punches Holes in the Number Station Theory. The Last of the Top Three A858 Theories seems the Most Plausible at Least to Us here at FYB which is A858 was a Recruitment Tool. If A858 is/was indeed a Recruitment Tool then it would Most Likely be Run by Cryptography, Security Firm, or Government Organization (Military, CIA, NSA etc.). This would Explain Why A858’s Heavily Encrypted Messages and Similar Theories Surround the Mystery of Cicada.

In Summation while Many find the Fact that there NO VIABLE Answers pertaining to the Mystery of A858 rather Comforting. The Reason We say this is Because once You have all the Answers then the Investigation is Over and Done. The Mystery is Solved and the Illusion is Destroyed. Sometimes its better to be left Wondering What it was all about Rather than to have a Definitive Answer.
